This project focused on refinishing and upgrading the first-floor hardwood flooring in a home located in Middletown, CT. Initially, the existing floorboards were carefully sanded to remove surface imperfections and prepare the wood for finishing. Then, a natural color tone was applied to highlight the wood’s grain and texture, creating a warm and inviting appearance. Finally, prefinished boards were installed in one room, ensuring a durable and seamless result. Throughout the process, each step transitioned smoothly—from preparation to completion—achieving a balanced combination of functionality and aesthetics.
