This project focused on sanding the hardwood floors on the first floor, specifically in the dining room and kitchen in Tolland, CT. Initially, the existing finish was removed to create a smooth and consistent surface. Subsequently, a natural color was applied to preserve the wood’s original appearance. Finally, three coats of waterbased finish were applied, ensuring uniform protection, durability, and a balanced finish throughout both areas.
